I performed New World as part of an orchestra 9 years ago and it's still one of my favorite memories. The 4th movement obviously reminds people of the Jaws theme so it's really fun in a concert setting. The only performance I had more fun during was when we played Mars and Jupiter (from Holst's "The Planets") - hitting the low note for the climax of Mars with 100 other people is a once-in-a-lifetime experience. I remeber trying to make Monitor Lizard work last month before the big patch and it nearly being there for me. and now it's just some build you can force over and over and get free loot
Off-meta Dooley builds are the most fun ive had in the Bazaar; i look forward to NL playing the Dooler after they nerf the lizard so he can experience the peak that is self-burn
I feel bad that NL got started on this game on the lizard patch, the balance at any point early than this last week was sooo much better even though it had some issues
NL has successfully convinced me to main Vanessa, partially because he voice lines have gone from ok to annoying to funny in the span of 2 weeks and partially because of the spite I've gained for this robot.
Aaaand dev Reynad just confirmed we aren't getting a new patch until next year. I am like 300 crystals from being able to unlock Dooley and I have been lucky to get Bronze or Silver win this past week. My last 3 free play have been 10 win.
Dooley being so overtuned wouldn't be as big a problem if he wasn't also the easiest character by far. Every other character is a lot of different decisions about where to spin your build to next but dooley is just negative iq i got friend core i go friends, i got shield core i go shield, i got anything else i go rays...
