I love my Carrera T. Every time my eyes start to wander to other Porsches, I just go for a drive and appreciate it more. The red interior T package with the Sport Tex seats makes it special to me.
im so grateful for mine🙏 there is just something about this car, I realize there are newer more powerful 911’s but The T, manual, with a Apr phase 1 simple ecu tune is epic

My Porsche 911 Carrera T is the 19th 911 of my distinguished life. The 2018 Carrera T is truly extraordinary in a manner hard to to describe. Maybe like The Best Lover (surprising) you’ve ever had?. Only a seasoned Bachelor/Dude could possibly understand. PS: The Who! “The Best I’ve ever had”; I’m done
The yellow accents look great with the sliver
I like the yellow gauges, but would not want the yellow seat bets and door pulls, much as I like them, I think they would just naturally get quite grubby over time with people constantly touching them.
Which one did you enjoy more and why? Carrera T or 4.0 GTS? Both are road biased sports cars that can be used every day at similar price points.
Great review, I love mine - very similar to the car in the review. GT Silver, manual, buckets, T interior, etc. Great car and very underappreciated.
Gosh. I've never considered the T until seeing this video. However unlikely, If I ever switch away from my 981 GT4, I might just look out for a T in this kind of spec. Love the music too.
Glass sunroof add weight to the car that is the only option i would not spec on the Carrera T.

Is any 911 Carrera worth $100,000? What about all the other models are they worth $150,000 plus? I paid $148,000 for my new Targa 4 - twice what a corvette convertible would cost. Is it worth twice as much? I will find out in around 25 days when it is delivered.

Um, that is much more than just 'yellow calipers'.
You only get yellow calipers with the PCCBs, which is a $10,000 option. Much less weight (like half the weight of steel rotors) and bonkers, fade-free performance. Also, you never have to scrub brake dust again.
That is exactly how I'd spec my 911T, but in a different colour.
Love the car, but to help my focus please keep that right elbow off the door and hold the ruddy steering wheel 😉

Just found your channel, very nice review! I think the 991.2 Carrera T is massively overvalued, as are most used 911s.
Unfortunately that unit has the sunroof! added 15 lbs

Well done and about time someone gave the T some credit. The Carrera-T is unquestionably (in a manual spec with 918 seats) the most overlooked 991.2 period. Also important is that the T was the last of the narrow body 911’s, ever! Andreas Preuninger, when asked what his favorite drive was back in 2019 said he daily-ed a Yellow T and was interviewed in Das Auto saying the engine mounts on the T were moved 2 inches forward to give the car a more planted feel - oddly enough this was never picked up by the car community. Keep up the good work.
