You don't even have a proof that they are on a diet.. I think just living as an idol must be extremely exhausting. They must train for months to prepare their comeback and then go to promotions on TV from the morning to the night so 🤷♂️

The beauty standards in Korea are very harsh so idols are trying to manage their body themselves to avoid hate comments. But even idols who are naturally really skinny and eat a lot will get comments like "you are scary, please gain weight " Sunmi for example
