Another benefit is spiritual. Lack of religion means that it's not preventing people from exploring their true individual spiritual paths, techniques, self development, self growth; without any dogmatic rules and demands from outside forces (scriptures, churches, etc.).

Estonians are definitely spiritual, just not by any major religion's standard. They do believe in afterlife, ghosts, higher power, etc. It is usually just not confined within a single standard religion.
