- Dengue is a seasonal and viral infection. It belongs to the family of Flaviviridae and is a viral infection that spreads through the Aedes aegypti mosquito. The most common symptoms are sudden high fever, severe headaches, pain behind the eyes, severe joint and muscle pain, fatigue, nausea, vomiting, skin rashes and bleeding. It can be prevented by the intake of plenty of fluids and taking rest.

This info is incomplete... Coz platelets count checking is very important... If your platelet counts getting low day by day n reach below 50k then you will start to bleed so regular checking is important

I m diagnosed with dengue today....above 104 fever for 3-4 days even after taking paracetamol...sometimes body shievers so much....n continuous vomiting mood...very difficult to eat anything....moreover headache...eye pain....weakness....joint pain....rashes on skin....don't know which state i m....haemoglobin also decreased

@@crptix6841 yes I have recovered with God’s blessings...don’t know how I survived...it was most toughest time...Don’t worry...u will recover...take proper food...eat as much u can if u don’t have vomiting mood...because dengue decreases blood level n to maintain it u need proper food or u have to admit in the hospital...I was admitted for 1 week in the hospital...During that time I fainted 7 times at night...extreme weakness...couldn’t walk...so it was very tough time for me...what I learnt from this dengue that u need to eat as much food or drink as much water u can for recovery....

Take high dose vitamin D3 60k daily with calcimax K2 or Supracal K2 daily for 4 days. This measure has been practised in many hospitals and abroad in SE Asian countries.

Mere bahaut joint pain hai ...fever bhi bahaut zada hai ... headache hai ... vomiting ka mn kr rha hai ...aur kuch khane ko mn ni kr ra ....fever ke sath sath chills bhi aare hai. ....doc ke paas check kraya tha . Prr dangue report - ve aai ..kyu ki unhone pehle mujhe injection lga diya pta ni kya kiya. ....uske baad .mera blood sample liya ..!!!!!..after 2 days agr nhi thik hui to vapis se test kra lungi
