Telltale is back now and they could make another game but for whatever reason it’s not on the table. You’d think with the popularity of House of the Dragon they’d capitalize on it but still no.

Some of my favorite games from my childhood PS2 days were licensed games like the Lord Of The Rings, King Kong, Spider-Man 2, Simpsons: Hit & Run, 007, etc. They were just good simple fun, set in a universe you already care about.

@@supermike3529 all of those were incorrect. GTA 6 is coming out early fall of 2025, spiderman 2 dlc should be out within the first year because spiderman 1 and god of war did. Wolverine is also almost complete.

Instead, they made a mobile phone cashgrab. They don't give a fuck about the fans, or doing the story justice.
Imagine a story as interesting as The Witcher 3 being placed in the Game of Thrones Universe. You could create 3 parts of Game of Thrones games, they could be bestsellers.
An mmo(done well), would be awesome. You pledge a house and battle your way across the 7 kingdoms. No pay to win mobile cash grab junk. Could you imagine laying seige to casterly rock or storms end? Or make it single player with coop. Make it an elden ring style game.
