The regular side bet / bonus (not the progressive) has a LOUSY pay table at this casino. Most places pay 150 for a Royal, 400 for 5 aces, 1000 for 7 card SF with Joker, 2000 for RF + RM, and either 5000 or 8000 for 7 card SF No Joker. The side bet is totally disconnected from the regular game, so face up / face down should make no difference. Yes, those are uncommon hands, but the expected return on this pay table is worse than at most casinos that have this game.
That game hurts my head, pretty soon they will just come out with 52 card poker, deal out the entire deck, use the best 26 cards , 16 bonus option and so on.
Will they let you record while you play on the strip? I ask bc M-life and Caesars Rewards have properties all over and I'm sure you use the comps the casinos offer you. Be cool to see you play at a lot of different properties.

At 8:15 of this vid, dealer deals herself what she announces as a 'jack high paigow', making you a winner... but if you go back and look closely, she has five diamonds in her hand for a flush. Outcome should have been a push. No one cheated - she just missed it. It happens sometimes. Actually, you both missed it becuz I've seen you announce dealers hand often. In Caesars AC, I saw a hand like this happen to another player... I said nothing, but 15 minz after, I saw managers come to our table with pictures to inform the player of the dealer's mistake - and forced the player to pay back the winnings. Its also happened to me multiple times, but I'm an honest guy, so I inform the dealers of their mistake on the spot, but I've also seen players get away with it. On a side note, I have yet to ever see you get quads or a straight flush in this game. It pays out well on progressive, which they don't have in AC but do have in Mohegan Sun, Ct... (7 cd straight flush jackpot goes over $1 million sometimes) but its a $5 minimum bet... Another side note: I recently started playing Ultimate Texas Holdem after watching some of yer vids... Fun game!
Watching this 3 months late, but at 5:20 Slotlady has A10 up top and 4s in the 5 hand while the dealer Pai Gowed and it was called a push.... that's wrong. You lost a bet there.
Dealer had a flush at one point and said she had nothing...

You mean the hand with the Joker included? The Joker can only be used as an Ace or to complete a straight or flush, but not a full house.

That's why it's called face up pai gow. Different than regular pai gow.
Face up pai Gow is played mainly in Vegas, but if dealer gets Ace high, then it will be a push and not a win
