Caltrans workers clean up San Joaquin County highways

If you notice that the highways around San Joaquin County and surrounding areas appear a bit cleaner Wednesday, you can thank hundreds of Caltrans workers. This is not a job that these workers normally do. But, once a year, most workers are encouraged to get out of the main office or take a break from their normal maintenance duties and pitch in.
