The eyes of the frog have a control curve on them, this process is named "aim constraint" when you move control curve for eyes after applying that function eyes will rotate folloeing the translation of the curve, in this case the control curve with aim constraint is stitched on your playable character and gives you the sensation that the frogs are looking at you.
