Real story. If your teacher sets up a practice exam to test out proctorio it will remember your face. On my first test I was inside campus so I had my mask on. I was going to take my exam with my mask on but it wouldn’t let me because it said it wasn’t me and it showed the old saved picture from the practice exam. I’m pretty sure that isn’t supposed to happen but it happened. Try it
