As someone who has cleared NDA in 1st attempts, and 4 times consecutively.
I would suggest to go through syllabus,
Give regular mocks
For Gat focus on science and English, they will be enough to take you through.
If you are non science, focus on English and your subject, the goal is to score 400+ marks anyhow

As you told us that NCERT is must, then In mathematics I want to prefer 11th, 12th NCERTs...
And For Science I'll prefer 9th,10th NCERTs..
But For GS which standard NCERTs I need to choose according to 2023???

you must go through NCERT of 9,10,11 & 12 to get into Army as young commissioned officer(lieutenant)...
To prepare for Current Affairs you must go through Lucent GK...
