Toon, just so you know, when it is "+X% attack when attacking", that gets multiplied and not added. So for instance:
ATK & DEF +400%
+ ATK & DEF +100% when attacking
= ATK & DEF + 800% after the unit attacks

Jiren looks pretty good, I don't think it stacks up to MUI though, purely on a animation standpoint.
I'm definitely a fan of Universe Survival Saga, but Jiren has to be one of my least favorite characters. Don't want to be a downer, but I'd be more interested to see an LR Kale, Caulifla or Hit than Jiren. Even an LR Toppo might have been cool. Like I get that Jiren is the big bad but he's not for me. Hope others enjoy it!!

A reason for me to not do any deep summons on Gohan Blanco's banner so i can save up as many stones as I can for LR Cell Max and this LR StandByMe Jiren ;-;
He's gonna be tanking insane digits. He's basically a better full power ssj4 goku in most contexts. I just wish he had a bit more flair in his kit given that outside of his standby, hes really just a big statstick wall. But thats really a minor gripe that doesn't impact his performance.
Do i like him more than other releases kitwise this year? I need to see how he works in the teams hes on first before i judge that. But at least super bosses now has another slot 1 monster.

it looks like the fps is low because the character himself is pretty HD. so to combat how high def the character is they have to limit the fps because the game still needs to run on POS phones...
like my old phone the super saiyan lr agi goku , the movie hero's animation from fighting super android 13 the blue dude. that animation where goku makes the super fisty goku spirit bomb punch... that punch STILL goes slow on my tablet, but not my phone. i mainly play on my tablet which CPU Mediatek MT8183 Helio P60T , its not the best cpu but its no slouch it plays dokkan ok.
but my phone has an snapdragon 888 cpu, and it runs it without stutter. there are some other characters that do this as well as dokkan is really not well optimized hence why its dokkan is 16 gb... but the game will never be remade. it has spaghetti code from 10 years ago. it would have to be completely remade to optimize so it means it will never get done.

Jiren's animation, apart from the absolutely peak ko screen, are not great imo
As for iren's kit, I think he's a great unit, I like that they're starting to give Carnival LRs double 200% lead. Jiren will likely hit like a freaking truck on streoids, and he's gonna be a pretty good slot 2/3 tank, but I wish he'd give a little more to the team outside of the Namaste mode. I mean, it does make kinda sense being Jiren a lone wolf. I don't think he's close to the top 3, but he's pretty busted!
I'm super excited for shape-up Buu, dude's broken, can't wait to run him once he drops on global

Underwhelming animations. Seems to be a reoccuring theme in dokkan. So much material they just didnt use and instead used bad looking punches and kicks…. On a unit they probably wont revisit for ages like the ssj3 movie goku

You are missing one thing:Jiren is invincible while he is on his stand-by and nothing in the game can kill him turn 1,Jiren is going to age extremely well since he cant take damage from normals turn 1 unless they start hitting for 2m+ damage meaning that this unit will always have a niche and be usable in all levels of content,he is shielding slot 1 with 100% DR for an incredibly cheap cost of 5 ki spheres until turn 10...
