BOYS DAY OUT | Testing the Insta360 X3

A short ride with my son through Andalusian villages and mountains testing my new travel companion - the Insta360 X3 action camera - to see what all the fuss is about. Might not be a full-time replacement for a GoPro (shooting 360 still means a lot more work both while filming and editing), but another great tool to have in the bag for sure.

Happy i made the right call by getting the GoPro first. I agree that 360 is cool to play with, but seems a lot of hassle and involves a lot more thinking to get good result. Honestly, i got slightly tired of all the "exciting" POV and just wanted to see what you see from time to time as in I was riding.

Yup. The point of the test was exactly that - a play to see what the camera can do. GoPro only gets old fast too. Variety is the key.
