Mariano Ortiz In the current build of the game you are completely at the mercy of RNG. The only guaranteed way to get Epic gear for Scarecrow is for his specific character events in the Multiverse.
Honestly if i could make custome charactrrs with custom diologe my oc's intros with him would be avout his mother either being in a coma or dead, With the last one being about him killing scare crow, (which wpuld be nice because scarecrow is the my most hated character in terms of making me wish i coyld kill him.
@Isaiah hes the only one who gets away with making the opponent feel lile they're powerless in this game. I wanna see a character take that power away, making scarcrow fear him

Solo Wolf The main method I used was removed after patch 1.05, the second fastest way is Multiverse.
The only thing that sucks about Scarecrow is you need Combos for him to be good
