no offense, love the content normally, but this video seemed so low effort and without proper preparation. at least have a list prepared. additionally, you may find if a base is buffed or not by looking at their all time power. this value is not buffed and is probably the best indicator of ranking.

you can easily see unbuffed power on player info... Shows all time power which is the unbuffed power...
