All of the music that has been revived from the 1970’s & 1980’s by the “Trolls” movies-it’s all the soundtrack of my growing up/teenage years into my twenties, including college. It’s great music because in that time, it didn’t really matter what you looked like, per se, but absolutely required the ability to sing without earpieces, and be able to play your instrument prolifically. I saw EWF play this live at the New Orleans Jazz Festival - as a musician I have never been impressed hearing it on the radio back in the day - but live, watching like 10-11 instruments interweaving melodies - it blew me away completely. And the black mommas standing beside us shaking their booties in time with the beat while singing along knowing all the words - yeah that was a moment.
Ahhh, this amazing song brought back some great memories while being in high school. Lia has sooo much talent as a choreographer and she makes her dances seem so effortlessly and magical!!!💜🧑🏼🎤🎼🎼🎼
