As a mum of several Autistic children and having spent a fair bit of time with kids with Down Syndrome over the years, I loved his comparison to cats and dogs! I showed that clip to my eldest boy to see what he thought of the comparison and he laughed and thought it was accurate asf 😅 Life is challenging, laughter helps us get through 💯

I'm a mother of 8, and 2 of my kids are special needs. My oldest is 19 and autistic, and I have a Down Syndrome son that will be 10 years old in 2 days. EVERYTHING he's said about both autistic and Down Syndrome people are 100% TRUE!!!! Especially the bit about them being like cats and dogs. My autistic son is kind of aloof; he's rarely ever affectionate, and you'd be better off convincing people that the grass is orange and purple than you are trying to get eye contact out of him. My Down Syndrome son 100% has puppy energy. He's full of energy, the most loving and cuddly little guy I've ever met, and every time I even leave the room without him and come back in he says, "Mommy! You back!!" 😂❤

I appreciate the video! For future reference, videos like this are a disservice to the comedy (sorry for how arrogant that sounds) But a comedians timing and set ups are a huge part of their art and these clips cut and change the delivery and remove important parts, and also from a channel perspective you could have done a 4 part reaction to each one of his specials and we all would have watched every minute but this video spoils a good chunk of those 2 specials. Maybe get more specific video recommendations from your comments if you dont all ready. ❤

I mean first of all I don’t think he’s mad or anything. Second, comedians have the primary goal of being funny, but many of them also point out the absurdities in human life, while saying it in a funny way. A lot of comedy is an odd version of philosophy, it is often supposed to make you think. Think, Carlin, Burr, Hedburg, Hicks, Wright, Chappelle, Normand… and a ton more all make you think about how weird shit is, while making you laugh along the way.

Shane's at the top right now imo. He has a great way of delivering jokes without being offensive. Also spot on w the jokes are not meant to offend anyone. If you watch a lot of podcasts w Shane he speaks very highly and almost defensive of people with disabilities.

8:10 I don’t presume to know what a persons intentions are, but it certainly seems like half of the Wolk posts are just “virtue signaling“(excuse the overused buzzword.) And the fact is, a post on Facebook is one of the most empty gestures possible. It’s like being a houseguest and telling your host how grateful you are to be there, but never lifting a finger to pick up after yourself or anyone else in the house.

To me, it's when George Floyd died and everyone posted black squares instead of going to the protests. The black square was 100% just to say "I'm not racist" but not post anything original or add links to help the blm movement or anything like that. Like what were your intentions with that post? To help the movement or to signal to your white friends (maybe black, but let's be real) that youre "not racist"

White boys have their puberty growth spurt about a year later in life than black boys, this makes them more likely to drop out of youth basketball. Boys growing up in Lithuania do not have this experience pushing them to quit playing.

19:42 Yes. As a white dude. I’m 40 and he is 100% .back then MJ was crushing it and everybody wanted to be like Mike! I was a badass baller in elementary school. When I was 14 in 8th grade, all my black buddies weren’t that much taller than me. I went out for the team and these dudes were dunking that shit. Needless to say, I did not make the team and the dream was over😂😂😂 Started skateboarding and playing guitar instead🤣

DUDE!!! I love your energy and love how you are asking sincere questions and jamming with the "edgy" comedy (personally, I think funny is just funny).
But the attitude that we should all just be genuine with one another, be willing to relax a bit and ask questions is the only pathway to a better future for our kids and grandkids...
    Keep up the great work...

As a woke white dude, I am not one that goes around saying 'I'm not racist" because you don't just say something like that. There are certain things that when you say you are or aren't you usually are the exact opposite of what you are claiming and that's one of them. A trademark of a great comedian is being able to say things that are offensive but in a way that still gets laughs. Shane is great. I love watching this guy's stuff.
