Idk shit but if I had to guess he probably just watches the old pods on 2x speed and anything he finds funny or in a certain theme he clips it and puts it in a category, and then when he gets enough clips of a certain category he can make a vid about it yk. If he really does get a new idea and go thru every vid like u said he's just built different
