Know the difference between LOC and border , border is that two countries agree that this is over area and both don't claim each other's territory , but in case of LOC , on the other part of kashmir ( pakistan occupied kashmir ) is also belongs to india and we are committed to take it back in future so it is LOC for now . Those schools are part of India and made by India, since when did Pakistan constructed schools in Indian border areas, if you take references before 1947 than also it was India's part and whole Pakistan was also inside India.

Indian's also complaint about the price but it's our fault that we can't live without our luxuries food even in such remote places.
