Actually it's good that Blinken (whom I cannot stand) admits that Iran, Hezbollah and the Houthis are all reacting to Israel's genocide in Gaza. It's better than just pretending they do violence because they are violent and have a culture that is violent. That's always been the US way of explaining the Middle East since 9/11.
