Hi Uri! It's Steve here from Newcomp. "Publish to Power BI" is a macro that pushes a data set to PowerBI utilizing your credentials. It's quite easy to set up but it's only able to publish the data set to your individual workspace on PowerBI Service. PowerBI Output is quite a bit more robust, it will allow you to publish data sets to shared workspaces, for example, a team or department workspace that will natively allow others to build off it. However, it's a bit more intense of a setup and you will need permissions for the exact workspace you wish to publish to.
