My Name is Luminary, i have been using Heroshe for 2-3years now (In Nigeria). There are sweet & ugly spot.
I shop from walmart, bestbuy, Amazon and eBay.
Get ready for the sweet & bitter.
Pros:
no custom duty
No clearance fee
No hidden cost
Secured and safe
Easy to understand
Perfect customer service
Cons:
Unexpected delays based on processing & they ship only Thursdays ( imagine having an urgent order that arrives at their warehouse on friday )
Shipping cost is highly unstable but reasonable.
Don't ever ship an items illegally or with no invoice.
Wallet seems to have issues
Payment using paystack can have errors
Shipping days is dragged sometimes it take 3weeks get to you.
DHS in US is heavily on the neck of Heroshe sometimes verification might come and backlogs too will delay Shipping.

No you're not using your wallet. You are only using heroshe to ship your orders. You will shop the regular way but instead of using your house address on eBay or Amazon, you will use the address and phone number heroshe will give you after you sign up with heroshe.

Theres a serious issue with this payment method on Amazon. It doesn't go through and amazon will block your account afterwards and label it as a fraudulent activity. How do we go around this.

hi Mr king, I just created an account on heroshe but it didnt give me the options of USA when shipping. It only gave me three country United Kingdom, Chain and UAE. so Im not sure if it gave me that option as Im based in UK or registering from UK. Or it doesnt matter and you can still shop from the US and follow the same process as you've explained?

The payment is made on eBay. Heroshe just receives the item and send it to you.
