DECADES ago, this was a great mall. It was safe. ALL OF PG COUNTY WAS SAFE. Always full of shoppers. I used to hang out there w/my best friend, Orange Julius was a fav stop. We were 14 and my friends older sister worked at one of the stores there. Got my engagement ring at Kays there. So sad now. Looks awful.
