People forget how great wade was
What, no they dont
Wade from 2005-2011 was a top 3 player in the league along with Kobe and LeBron imo. And Wade played better in the Finals than either Kobe or LeBron at that point.

@onknorr984 and he was playing an even better finals in 2011 than 06 through the first 4 games until he got injured in game 5. wade is incomparable as a player when you examine every attribute/situational he brings to the table.

If Wade was the unquestioned go to guy, they would've been up 3-0 and clinching the title in four. Watch game 2, it was a travesty the way his teammates denied him the ball in the fourth quarter when he was the hot hand. Miami would've 3peat and wade would have his second finals MVP. Still a top 50 player and all-time great shooting guard (top 3).
So true. I know Lebron liked pretty good at certain points in the playoffs, but I cannot believe how much the heat went away from Dwyane at times.

@@malr0661 no, he isn't. For me he is definitely in top 15, but in all time lists he isn't in top 20, maybe not even top 30.

Lebron didn't have that championship mentality yet like wade had look at lebron highlights then look at wades two different mindsets of playing basketball lebron jus wasn't ready
Wade is so right in the post speech saying they went away from getting him his shots in the 4th of game 2. He hit the 3 to put them up 15 & got 1 more shot after that which was by the time dallas had took the lead. If they woulda just gave him the ball they likely close that game out & go up 2-0

No doubt we would have swept the mavs. It makes me sad to this day to see how bad bron chocked. The only finals you can blame bron for losing is this one

If Lebron was the number 2 guy and wade was 1 it would have been a completely different outcome not doubting anything Dallas did but it’s no way miami should have lost this finals
Lebron admitted wade was still the #1 option at this point. It was just about Miami playing better defense and lebron stepping up
@@Manz03fresco I remember Dallas played that zone and lebron not consistent jump shooter passed up a lot and honestly made a lot of good passing plays but he should of took and hit those shots but he passed a lot up and when he did shot them he was out of rhythm. Dwayne wade probably should’ve had more touches but we also probably don’t repeat the next two years without this painful loss. Imo
