Great André! :( I know this is not Andrés original song but the way he sung it made a huge impact on me, that's why I chose this song as a tribute. (ofc Kate Bush is amazing as well but I wanna focus on André for now). He had such perfect balance between falsetto and full voice. It took me a while to get even close to what he is doing and I have been singing for 20 years. Hopefully I did this cover justice, in either way I think it turned out well. I have also covered Carry On and Fairytale and will be making more tributes from the Angra Matos era and his other bands as time goes on for sure. I did not know him personally but his genius thru music and singing very much shaped my own voice and TH-cam journey. So many Brazilian fans have pushed me and cheered me on for many years. I am very thankful to André, Angra and You All for rocking together. Life is a wonder and I'm just getting started. If my road ends tomorrow I will be happy I did what I did. But I have no plans to ever stop. So whatever happens, life and death, we will honor it as a part of the great world and universe which we are in because we are IT. I have listened to about every cover I could find of this song, and something was always a miss, because it didnt touch my soul the way I knew it could, and I've kept on looking for the one that blasts me, until I have found this. It is true Andre is incredible and got his own unique qualities, but from my point of view ( or shall I say my point of ears) this version is unbeatable! I don't believe I could find something more exact to what I feel for this song (and story) it has everything: It is Tender, powerful and so well delivered, the right "feel" and a stunning, versatile voice with a lot of soul in it. One of the best voices I have ever heard! In fact, I don't think I can put into words how this song hit me! I'm a very exact person in music and know exactly what I want to hear, and feel. This is flawless! ~ long sigh ~ p.s. it doesn't say which country you're from, or did I miss it?

His passing away was so premature and devastating for all heavy metal fans. I am still healing from this lost... If wasn't for him, many musicians would have not even started to study music.
