You show Kowloon City and San Po Kong districts, not Kai Tak HK. What is that? Did you make up the name yrself? You are too young to remember the infamous Kowloon Walled City which was dismantled in 1993. It was a self-governing city w/in a city since 1898. Then there was Kai Tak International Airport when commercial jets would thunder and loom over Kowloon City upon its descent and you could see and hear the belly of the beast. Kowloon City is also known for its great Chiu Chow and Thai cuisines and markets, and of course, the iconic Islam Restaurant, for its pan fried beef pancakes and lamb dishes. There is a lot of history in this area which is not stated nor apparent in yr vdo.
I appreciate the correction and will change the name accordingly to San Po Kong. I named it Kai Tak because it was a much longer video where I started walking along the Kai Tak River and then finished also in the Kai Tak area, but in editing I guess I only kept the San Po Kong area. Kowloon Walled City is to the southwest of this area and I'll definitely do that in another video, although its sadly just a park now.
I miss home. Your videos bring home to me. Thank you 🙏🏻 Btw, this video seems strangely quiet to me in terms of ambient noise. Did something happen to the recording? I still hear the sounds of the city but it's all just kinda quiet EDIT: Never mind. I think it's just the time of day. It's just super chill lol
Happy my videos can help! Honestly, might be a little bit time of day but also equipment. I've noticed my audio device has been a little low lately even on the same settings. I'll see what I can do!
