The right Rev Doctor R.Blair,
He was my mentor, my teacher, friend,and my pastor, Rev Ronal Blair and Rev Yvonne Blair. They molded me. I am who I am because of my daddy Rev Blair he was so humble, but Stern, at the same time, he groomed me, because of his leadership, I why I embark on this journey his teaching and preaching makes me in the person I am today he is an encouraging words paved my journey I miss him so very much,
Sleep on God's mouthpiece, sleep on, and take your rest,
To Rev Yvonne Blair and Rev Nadine, Delva, Novia, and Paula ,we don't have to cry we just have to meet him in that land beyond the river.

Rest in peace Bishop Blair, thank God for your teaching, patience and the love you have shown to me and my siblings and friends..‘this is going back over 45 years..when is was a teenager. He preached and taught Holiness and abstinence as young people at the time we were on fire for the lord.. I emigrated to the states in March 1980..the foundation was laid in Jamaica, through is teaching and love he has shown..Iwill forever be grateful. My sincere condolences to the Blair family rest , in peace Bishop!❤❤
