I have got a question as...how will you explain Agile to your grandmother in simple words??....I don't have any answer at that time....could you please explain me on this
I won't do it till she needs it. And if she needs it, I would explain based on her need. In general my view of agile is always open for learning and be comfortable with not knowing, so keep learning all the time.
