I’m so thankful for your videos and sharing your knowledge. I’ve been dealing with trigeminal neuralgia and CCI for 20 years now. I’ve told numerous doctors that I thought the facial pain was caused probably 50% by what’s going on at C1 and C2 in me besides the actual jaw injuries. At least I know I’m not crazy. I can feel all of this movement in the c spine which causes constant nerve pain and muscle spasms, but the Army and VA doctors don’t listen. I’ve had this weird popping noise and scraping feeling inside of my skull behind my nose and in the area that feels like the sphenoid when I turn my head for decades. Sometimes it’s enough to make me feel like I’ll pass out.

I am a patient that is getting a PICL in November and wondering if some of these questions can be answered.
-Do you think that CCI can cause permanent damage to any of the nerves if left untreated for too long? Is there a set time for when damage become irreversible?
-Does CCI also cause any entrapment in the arms? I get arm weakness and spasming fingers.
-What nerves are hydrodissected during the PICL of mainly the concern of the Alar ligament?
Thank you for making these videos and confirming my own years of self research and your recommendations to the DMX when doctors have simply labelled this as "just needing to exercise and lose weight".

How do you think: when RPR will be used for the treatment of trigeminal neuralgia?
