On July 27, 2022, the contract for construction supervision was signed with DZZD "Europe" with participants "Pathinvest-engineering" AD, "Stroynorm" EOOD and ER JI CONSULTING OOD, with a deadline of 710 days.
On November 19, 2021, the DZZD "Europe-2022" consortium with the participation of Glavbolgarstroy was selected as the contractor with a complex evaluation of 100.00 points based on the evaluation criterion "optimal quality/price ratio"
