    I’m one month away from my wedding and I have been also training for a marathon. I want to focus on weight loss and building muscle this last month but I also have to continue my running program so I don’t know what to do

      You can do both! Work on maintaining muscle mass and eating enough protein. Cut back on added sugar but don’t skimp on carbs since you need those. Just cutting sugar will help immensely. Congratulations and good luck! 💗

      Thank you! Ugh I know, reversing the tendency to restrict is often harder than dieting 😩 it’s so so worth it though

    Erm I need to send this to Simona because I think she's still restricting lol and I feel SOOO BAD for ppl in 2021 who think that restricting works. It doesn't it literally backfires. It's insane how much our body wants something we can't have. Ps your editing is getting so so much better!
    K the whole SLEEP THING...this is why it's so hard for mamas to get back in shape fast(er)! It's insane how important sleep is!

    Hi Christina! Thanks for your wisdom and cheerfulness! Seriously they don't have enough of this kind of advice out there. It's usually stuff like crash diets and workouts that aren't sustainable or realistic, so thanks, your video really encouraged me to feel like I can develop healthier habits that I can easily maintain through my whole life.       Yes! She renamed it “High Intensity” in the app a while back. I guess she got some backlash for the name. That’s the same one :)
