    If I can put this on all your video i would.
    When preparing for my family nurse practitioner board I came across your videos. Your presentation style coincides with how I learn, visual and audio. (Also, repetition)
    I purchased all of your didactics and printed them out in color. Now it cost me a pretty piece; however, that’s just how I learn. Also, color was the best option because it allowed me to actually see the picture of the disorder or disease that was being talked about.
    Between my Leik book and question bank, my Amelie live two day presentation and question bank, and your entire didactic that helped sum everything up in a nice little package… I passed my NP board two weeks after graduation on my first try.
    For people who are audiovisual learners and like high level summarization, K. Conner’s entire system presentation is worth it.
    Edit: May 2022 is when I took my boards.

    Hi Katy!! I love your videos! Do you ever take students during their clinical year for an ortho rotation??

    • @katyblairconner
      @katyblairconner  3 หลายเดือนก่อน

      Hello! Thank you so much for your kind words. I used to take students all the time, but unfortunately my clinics are so insanely busy. I don’t have time to teach right now.

    Thank you Katy for your wonderful videos. Isn’t Murphy sign the one that we ask the pt to exhale and then we press on pt’s liver and ask to inhale to see if he/she has any apprehension/pain when gall bladder is hitting our fingers?! thank you

    • @katyblairconner
      @katyblairconner  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      Thank you for your kind words! Yes Murphys sign is when you hook your fingers under the right costal margin and this reproduces pain due to gallbladder issues.

    Hi Katy, I'm loving your videos but I just want to clarify something. You state here that apple core lesion on barium swallow is indicative of esophageal CA but all of the sources I'm familiar with say that is for colon ca included PANCE prep pearls and uptodate...can you share the source where they implicated esophageal CA?

    • @katyblairconner
      @katyblairconner  2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Hi! Glad you are liking the videos. The Applecore lesion refers to a narrowing of the lumen in the area of the cancer. You can also see this lesion in an ileocecal type of cancer. Medscape also supports this and here is a good article from Radiology reference.
