The after Kagame isn't bright..the social divide is wide, the majority doesn't air their voices for fear of reprisal. Another aspect that fuels anger within the Hutu majority is the intentional omission of moderate Hutu who got killed during the genocide. The Kagame's regime has worked so hard to try to make the world believe that only Tutsi were massacred in 1994.
