I seriously needed this video. I lost my job recently due to my mental health. My old job took advantage of me and treated me like crap, but I stayed because I was too nice. Then they turned their backs on me and let me go because I broke down during my shift and cried. Since then, I haven’t been able to work. I suffer from extreme anxiety and depression and have suicidal blackouts. I’m fighting for disability right now but I feel so useless. I can’t handle being around people because of those who have hurt me in the past, and I break down a lot. I always told myself that maybe God had my job let me go so that I could focus on my mental health, because since I left my job, I got all the unemployment money to be able to pay off all the debt I was in, and was able to help my boyfriend with his debt. I got acchs now after stopping getting unemployment, and I can see all these doctors and get the help I needed to heal, which I wouldn’t have been able to afford working my 9-6 job.

You know those times when you know you're gonna have a bad day bc something small has already happened? Well, ever since a few months ago when I'd feel like I'm gonna have a bad day at school I'd think "Shut up, you won't have a bad day today just bc this happen so literally chill out" and I know it sounds dumb but it works bc instead I ended up just having a weirdly chaotic day that was actually interesting and fun to experience. It's not easy for everyone but when I think like that it really changes the outcome of my day just by not letting myself have a bad day which is better than giving up and having a bad day. I know that was a LOT but it was worth putting it out there :)
I have to admit, this is something I’ve fantasized about for years. Years ago, I tried going out with some of the girls I worked with, but I found out that most were just looking for a guy to latch onto. Some seemed interested in me and we would talk, but when they asked about where I live and I told them I lived with my parents, they just lost interest. I remember one girl let out a really disgusted sigh. At that time, I was going to college AND working at the same time, but it didn’t matter.

You know those times when you know you're gonna have a bad day bc something small has already happened? Well, ever since a few months ago when I'd feel like I'm gonna have a bad day at school I'd think "Shut up, you won't have a bad day today just bc this happen so literally chill out" and I know it sounds dumb but it works bc instead I ended up just having a weirdly chaotic day that was actually interesting and fun to experience. It's not easy for everyone but when I think like that it really changes the outcome of my day just by not letting myself have a bad day which is better than giving up and having a bad day. I know that was a LOT but it was worth putting it out there :)

I have to admit, this is something I’ve fantasized about for years. Many young ladies expect a guy to have his life together because it supposedly shows that he can take care of himself and maybe someone else. What no one realizes is that it takes time and life for the average person will always have a setback.
