- These bosses on Very Hard at level 1 are pretty serious business lol. It took us several tries. Be prepared to DIE quickly on Very Hard, enemies and especially bosses hit very hard. Definitely a fun game to play if you have some homies that also like 3rd person action games. Not Platinums best game, but it's competent and will be fun to explore and doesn't feel like you will be able to utterly break it like you could with Transformers Devastation.

Basically when you die, you have to make your turtle chug pizza in order to revive yourself. It's really funny. Like, imagine if they made a Super Size Me video game, and whenever you die, you have to get Morgan to chug a load of McDonald's food in order to revive yourself.
Man seeing this, knowing you have friends who you can rely on makes the experience of the game seem that much more worth it cause somehow I managed to do this on very hard by myself
Love how most of this video is just the pizza-eating minigame. Not a complaint, it's just very appetising.

also i bet hearing April saying your knock out over nad over must had gotten annoying huh?
Well it's not THAT hard, it was our first time playing the game so naturally we were still learning things, but yes this game on Very Hard from the start is a trial by fire! April does get pretty annoying, but the action is pretty hectic and I wasn't paying much attention to her, and I'm the sort of person who gets really annoyed at NPC's who never shut up lol. Keep in mind if all 4 people die at the same time, it's a wipe and you have to do the level over entirely to try the boss again so we were being careful
Usually, dying in games make me angry, but in this game, dying makes me hungry for donner pizza from my local Italian restaurant Luciano's.
That’s one thing I’m sad they haven’t gotten right in a TMNT game in a LOOOOOONNNGGG time....
Playing with the turtles in both 4 player local or 4 player online when it comes to ANY turtle game.
I mean TMNT in injustice 2 is great but that’s a 2 player game and you control one turtle per game or combo.
But every other game is just sad....
I hope DOTEMU fixes this problem with SHREDDERS REVENGE, especially seeing that it’s going back to the pixelated nostalgic gameplay with an update Scott pilgrim type look.
PLEASE DOTEMU, ADD 4 PLAYER LOCAL & 4 PLAYER ONLINE.
Or add AI

This game is REALLY fun, but I wish they had more levels and bosses. Was it really hard to included the Rat King and/or Leatherhead?
if the game would have had more sustain they would have done more and keep in minde this is a greate game that not many people knew about it and I'm one of them

I've been seeing A lot of gameplay of this game but don't know if I should get it yet, I like games like this tho (Kingdom hearts and Tmnt 2003)

The stars do negligible damage, but they do damage bosses! This is pretty weird considering most games with mechanics like a shuriken never damage bosses but here they certainly do. It's not much but adds up with 4 people throwing them!

To be honest this felt like a raid boss in an MMO or something, lots of communication and waiting on cooldowns to deal good damage. Tons of fun!
