If you indeed appreciate enough the position of a Minister under the Constitution relative to the President you sure won't sound that way. Ministers Ara extensions of the hands of the President. They act on behalf of the President. It is therefore safe to say that the FCT Minister Nyesom Wike is the Governor of FCT.
Again, to say the FCT Minister does not know Abuja enough is very disrespectful of you to say. This is not the first time he's been FCT Minister. He was one time the Hon. I disagree with you on some aspects. Population is not a criteria for the size of a State. Abuja is not a state by virtue of the constitution and not by virtue of population. In 1976, FCT was designated by decree as an Administrative Territory and not as a State with executive state status.
