I have a question insert fn first take index value then the value but here it is different why? insert(index,value)
Sir has done mistake here.but as there were not more than 10 no to distinguish the printing at 10th index
So the value just got printed at 1st index

on insert the index and value are the other way round. It inserted value 1 at position 10 (or position two as the array did not go for ten elements). This is the fault of hackerrank and their explantion of their two examples, which were not consistent.

Yes. Just try taking input in cmd and then print(type(cmd)) , it will show the data type 😊
