- This evening at the park is another of their Summer Concert Series, featuring a singer named John Carpino, who is a long-time friend of mine. One time he asked me to get up on stage and sing with him. Well folks....he never asked me to do THAT again....
Me: ...." sweet caroline!!!!"

I can't sing a lick either, in grade school the music teacher went down the aisles and had you sing a solo verse.
When she got to me l flat out refused so luckily l got to sit out in the hall for that one.
I can do a lot of things, but singing isn't one of them....
Any time a teacher wanted me in front od the class, I said NO. Flunk me if you want. Not performing for you.

I once played the guitar and sang “Imagine” to my Forest Friends. At the last strum, I heard a voice in my head that said,”that was nice, but let’s hear one of your own.”
So, I made one up right on the spot just for them! 🤠
