thank you Karim. we'll structured and to the point. How do you think we can start with Devops in Telco for services not infrastructure? I find it quite challenging

Well, it all starts with building a software-centric environment. At the services/products level, if you are continuously delivering services, continuously enhancing them, and taking care of their LCM, achieving such a state will make sense via a DevOps Framework.
Suppose you open the door for developers to innovate and create modern products & services, While the operator provides platform as a service. In that case, this will require a DevOps framework and is not really related to infrastructure.
Most of the orchestrators on the services level have a Design Environment, so basically, whenever the service is modeled, it needs to be tested, verified, & deployed across multiple environments. This is aligned with some DevOps practices, for example.
