Makes sense for a longterm holder. As someone that was new to the position, I really liked the company but didn't want to be a part of the slide down. It'll take a while for them to get their reputation back.
I’d love to hear George’s thoughts on emerging competition. There are quite a few startups gaining traction in the SMB space, primarily by concentrating on MSPs. These will eventually look to move up market. How are they looking at this and proactively protecting their moat?
Not to detract from CRWD or their solid leadership, but you guys should really look more into MSFT. I think you’d love what you unearth. I feel like they get ignored due to being a mega cap, but trust me, the ship isn’t full nor has it left the station. Nadella is brilliant, and is empowering all the right people to work on all the right things - cybersecurity included.
The AI part of this story doesn't ring true. I worked in tech for decades. I was actually one of the progenitors of the whole PC revolution, which makes me old and stodgy I concede. But I learned early on that you have to be very diligent about implementing anything. I mean check, double check, triple check, rewrite and refine. In the critical application of cyber security I would no more leave an assessment to a bot, or trust the report it generated than I would trust a bot to diagnose a heart condition, and recommend a medication protocol. No shop I have ever been in would do that. We would insist that whatever results and recommendations the bot came up with be checked, rechecked, and triple checked by an actual human, and we would not mind at all if it took the eight hours you claim you saved by running the bot. I just don't buy the AI pitch. It isn't real world.
AI can enhance the quality of the work, because as was pointed out, it remembers everything and has access to the whole universe of archived data about security issues previously encountered and resolved by the firm. It is valuable to provide a summary of that knowledge relevant to the situation and context at hand. It is not a labor saver.
We’ve mapped neural nets to malicious behavior and network monitoring for years before we had this generative stuff…I agree though that this probably doesn’t translate to positive things for antimalware & who needs it confabulating office work? Sounds oike pain. We already live in a world where you can run a LLM through a logic loop and generate new malware and variations on it using previous malware as a template, I don’t see how you can do the opposite very easily and defend against new ideas at the speed of OpenAI or Groq’s inference.
That didn't age well.
HA! I came here to post this exact same comment, but you beat me to it.
😂

Been holding for almost 4 years. 2022 was a rough year but glad I held on through that downswing, haven't sold a share yet!
everyone is angry toward CrowdStrike today 😂
Great short indicator - interview on this site......
Ten days later after this video, the CRWD is even hotter than it was.
Damn 😟

@nicklongo2939 you were absolutely right. Generative AI has no fidelity, it needs to be checked by an specialist 100% of the time.

Haha I’m with you. Can’t believe I’m buying at this price but here i am
Is this Ben's uncle?

Lol
(not based on appearance).."who da fuck is this guy???"...ceo of Crwd lol
Would it be illegal for Crowdstrike to low key breach a company’s security then come in and “save the day” ?
Tell me more about this. 😂
Can Kurtz learn how to pronounce Nvidia please
I wish I could buy stocks, then use a platform to hype them up so that my stocks go up even further. Just saying…
Crowdstrike, most overvalued software stock...tons of gaps need to be filled

Ok, I’ll bite. What cybersecurity stock do you feel is Best in Breed if not CRWD ?!
