Thank you for the video. Very clear and informative. Going here soon. I just want to clarify, only diamond Hilton honors members get an automatic upgrade to the exec floor and lounge. Gold can receive it but it’s depending on availability so doesn’t happen all of the time. Just to set the expectation. Keep up the good work with the videos 👍
