I'd like explore the hidden gems. Second time in Japan, first time in Kyushu. I was heavily inspired by the original Pokémon Ruby and Sapphire games, which are based on the region. Really excited to visit.. during typhoon season! Hahahaa. Heading to Miyazaki in very late September. By the way, great cinematography, was a good watch. Gonna be filming a lot myself!
I hope you get to visit more of Takachiho my friend. We were also hoping to get there at the time of this filming BUT unfortunately, like what you mentioned earlier, we were hit by a Typhoon! The team and I have tried to get there four times already and we couldn't get good weather each time. Hopefully, we'll be able to see your take on it!
@@theglobalcitizenship Thank you! yes I just uploaded 'The adventure of Aoshima beach' video to this channel. I recorded at miyazaki peace tower too, I filmed all over Kyushu. Absolute incredible place.
Thank you for popping by! Mt Aso, one day overnight would be sufficient though, to fully explore, you'd need a car so make sure to get your International Driver's Permit that conforms to the Geneva Convention of 1949. The areas listed here are far off from any form of public transportation.
@@wilflambo8102 > Mt Aso will have a bus that connects Mt Aso Train station to the actual crater itself. As for the rest, there are buses that DON'T come frequently so you're best off hiring a car and driving around. Miyazaki and Mt Aso are open roads and are not as packed so it makes great driving experience.
@@theglobalcitizenship In 2012 we caught a bus at the Mt Aso train station that went to the Kurokawa onsen town. I found bus schedules on the internet. We are from Canada and avoid driving on he left side. lol.
Hi Choo HengHeng > Thank you so much for commenting. We were at Kagoshima but just briefly as a trip to visit a local friend. We do have a guide being planned for the area both endorsed by Government and through our media partners but to answer your question, Mt Sakurajima would be an awesome view to see if you only had one day to spare. If you're just scarce for time, I would recommend staying in each of the prefectures in the island of Kyushu for a night to properly explore before moving onto the next.
Hi Wilf, I don't have any recommendations for a guide in this area BUT I do have a local contact with the Prefecture Government Tourism department who might be able to assist with this. Would you like me to get you their details?
What are you looking forward to seeing on your trip to Miyazaki?????

Are there guides we could hire to drive us to the attractions?
