I felt this way for a long time too. My environment still has this effect, to a much lesser extent though. I made the decision that I would change the way I felt, acted, and interacted with it. That I would no longer engage in lower vibrational exchanges. I communicated it clearly, and upheld my boundaries. It was a slow progress, but overtime my family accepted and started to respect my new way of being. Then they also started to change.

I've been having synchronicities and messages coming at me so crazzzeee! Sometimes in multiple ways....3333, and other numbers, a post on social, then immediately go to a song, and sometimes another song, and another song.... Somedays when I start the car, the same song will be playing. One was The Police's Synchronicity 1!!! And the other was Led Zep's The Ocean. Let alone waking up at 2:21 and seconds later it goes to 2:22....same for 3:33, and 1:11. So many, its overwhelming at times. I can feel the changes coming....and I'm still letting out the emotions and trying to be mindful of the thoughts and change accordingly. That's the biggest for me....cause it's happened all my life and I don't realize how quickly they pop in. Dang!

I would be engaged in an activity, and when my focus shifts, I feel disoriented for several moments trying to figure out where I am. Don’t know if it’s expansion.
