How to hear Yog Nidra at time as at may disturb other people sleeping. I mean say how use the mobile shld we put ear plugs in the ear or keep the plug near your ear. The say dont keep mobile next to your head while sleeping then what distance to keep the phone while hear Yog Nidra?
use earphones or bluetooth. when session is over, remove them
