Griffin Rummel you’re right its not equivalent in terms of standings. However EU has a more explosive play style when compared to NA. I’ve always found their games more exciting to watch no matter which teams are playing. I think EU also has many more mechanically talented players, which always makes for more exciting games.
As a fnc fan. This was among the best Matches I have ever seen. Even though we lost, it showed how good these two teams actually are and I hope they perform at worlds at least as good as they did that day.

Europe's looking solid. It's so bizarre that people are criticising these teams for doing a bit of ARAM, you don't need to play everything like a mathematical genius. Watching LPL/LCK finals, and their gauntlet matches; all those teams are able to be critiqued in some respect. Can't wait to see RNG, FPX, GRF, G2, SKT, FNC, and IG battle for first place. And although it's extremely unlikely NA will win, it'll be cool to see who C9 and TL can take games off.
Fnatic really needs a 2nd Bwipo (or just Caps) sometimes, they are so serious, only Bwipo tries to create a better mood (fist bump broxah) and sometimes there is this awkward silence after. When Caps was there, Caps and Bwipo could make champ select chill and happy but now its bwipo solo carrying the mood lol
Fnc is qualified for worlds. They need to play gauntlet because the winner will go direct to group stage and the loser needs to play the "play in phase" at worlds.
Being a fnatic fan, I think the only way fnatic can win worlds(and most probably meet G2 in the finals) is if Hylissang and Bwipo are at their peak form. Hylissang is more of an engaging support, hence putting him on champions like the Pyke, Rakan, maybe even a Nautilus or Blitzcrank is key, as Rekkles focuses more on gaining a gold advantage in lane, hence their main engage tool in a 2v2 for the early game is Hyli being able to pick on and isolate the opponent's ADC or Support. Once he is able to help win the lane, Rekkles is also able to build up an insurmountable lead and be the main carry for Fnatic. Bwipo, on the other hand, is very good on his comfort picks, as expected. However, we have seen him hard int as well on those comfort picks in the likes of an Aatrox or Jax this year. The only way to ensure top lane wins is by continual early ganks by Broxah in the top Lane to assist and build up a lead for Bwipo, or by increasing his champion pool to include other champs, especially with flex picks such as the Karma and Neeko. If both players can find their form, and perhaps change their play style a little, EU will definitely be in contention for the Summoner's Cup.
Man this worlds will be so boring, because the only god tier team *TSM* sadly won't be participating in the event, leaving other trash teams like TL, G2, SKT and FPX showing their ordinary skills on the biggest stage of League.
