Cutting Drainage Ditches

Cutting the drainage ditches between a residential neighborhood in a new commercial shopping center. Shopping center elevation was raised 7 foot higher than the existing residential neighborhood. Neighbors are concerned that they are going to flood out. Taking the drawings from the engineer in cutting the drainage ditch to keep everybody happy.

How deep will the ditch be at it’s deepest ( end) point?
