- Hi Friends! Today is more about my pregnancy after ectopic pregnancy. I want to talk about what no one tells you about motherhood, the truth about being pregnant, the truth about being a stay at home mom, the truth about being a mom, feeling depression during pregnancy- pregnancy depression /prenatal depression / antepartum depression, and just giving much needed honesty about pregnancy and all things motherhood on the internet!
I know it’s been a while so all of these things talk about where I’ve been! I’m excited to be back and can’t wait to share the rest of my journey with you! So proud of you for sharing this! People don't like to talk about the hard parts of motherhood. I haven't dealt with depression but I have been dealing with really bad anxiety for the last 2.5 years. It has definitely been very debilitating from time to time. You are so right about counseling being good for everyone. I completely agree. We all have things in our past that should be talked about. Thank you for sharing this. God's got this! 💜
Awe thank you so much! I never dealt with anxiety before losing our first baby and then when I got pregnant with Blaze it hit HARD! it's so crazy what all we go through as mamas!
I totally get that it’s your passion, I love doing this as an outlet for me! It’s hard to be a sahm and it’s so nice to connect with others moms! Aw I’m so glad you’re going to talk to someone! I’m so sorry that you had to deal with those emotions but I think it’s great that you are getting counseling. You are so right I think everyone can use it. Just know you are worthy and you are doing the best you can. I hope things get better and I will def be praying for you 🙏🏽💕

I feel the same way about youtube its such a great creative outlet.
I felt this exact same way when I was pregnant with Eden. Squish and her are 18 months apart and I was a freakin mess. Bouts of anger, rage tears and I was like what in the heck is wrong with me? I too went through depression as a teen and it was so scary to feel that dark again when you think you should be happy as a clam because you are pregnant!
Yes with this covid stuff I could imagine being pregnant would be super hard.
Thank you so much for sharing that with me! It's so good to know I'm not the only one! I'm sure having them so close in age has to have a lot to do with it too because that toddler stage is HARD. Beautiful, but hard! and the hormones make it worse! Blaze and baby girl will be 21 months apart so I feel you!!
Sweet mama! Be kind to yourself. Many of us want you happy and healthy and if that means taking a step back from social media then that’s great! Your true supporters will be here and waiting for you every time. Motherhood is very hard and beautiful. Nick is right. I’ve thought the same. We shouldn’t let social media dictate our goals in life. Dont freak about weight gain while pregnant. I gained 60lbs with Squish!! Some of us just retain more water and hold fluid more than other moms. Not to mention we have all been on lock down for months!! I gained like 8lbs during quarantine! It will be ok I promise and you are beautiful! 🥰

Think your deep breathing is hilarious, I remember those last days of pregnancy l dont know about you but I gained 20 lbs average with each pregnancy breathing is a chore its self and I have asthma! Happy you are back, i had a ton of anxiety in my last months with my 3rd child.
