As someone who has never been able to do a push up, I ordered one of those band systems Primal something (I forgot the name) and that let me finally do a push up on my toes.
I can do between 6-7 on my toes then drop to my knees. But I will now note if my form is correct. Don’t think my arms were. Should I still practice on smith machine?. How many should i be able to do before doing them on my toes/floor?…Thanks for this amazing video!.
Thanks for the awesome advice!!! I can’t wait to try the grapefruit trick. I mostly work out at home and I do 10 push-ups on a ledge in the bathroom every time I go when I’m at work. Do you have any suggestions for things at home that might be a good height between the counter and the floor?

Just done ten on the dinner table.. just to bd able to do 30 on my knees.. and 10-15 on hands an feet.. can’t wait to get back on track 💪
