Majority of men have a open eyelid or normal roundish eyes or sometimes even bug eyes , mainly only male models have these eyes hence that’s why there models in the first place
@@mrlee3294 almost every male model does not have hunter eyes because of the original claim that you just previously made about “only 2 percent of men have true hunter eyes” so due to that I know a lot of male models that do not have that feature. You claimed all male models have this, but this seems more of a confirmation bias statement that you have forced yourself to believe in because you feel as if there’s no hope for anyone finding your eye area attractive. Because I know it’s cliche but I truly believe that eye attractiveness is subjective and it isn’t just about having “hunter eyes” it’s about how well the the featureharmonizes with the rest of the face.

Hey, a girl here. This is an interesting topic and I have researched about it before. And I know this types of videos are for fun and science only, but let me tell you, hunter eyes are extremely rare to find irl, and if u dont have them its ok really. Except if u were thinking about becoming a HW actor, model or something. Most of the things that rely solely on physical looks does not really matter irl. I had a crush on a guy with amazing blue, hunter eyes, he looked like an actor from those vampire movies! Unfortunately he had no personality to match lol, and he imediately became unattractive to me. Truth is, shallow ppl are everywhere (especially in dating apps), its nothing new. I have a friend who chooses her partners ONLY for their looks even if they are unintelligent, non charismatic or complete garbage ppl. She realizes it too late. I think guys have more luck because overall women are not that shallow to pick a man's body or face apart and rate them from 1-10 as much as men do. Proof: take actors like Ryan Gosling, Bradley Cooper, Hugh Grant etc. who are all scientifically unattractive but women like them bcs of their personality and roles they get. If they were women they would never get a chance in HW with those facial proportions lol. Hope I helped some1.

The difference between those actors and regular guys is that you know what they are like through interviews or think you know what they are like through their movies but if it were a regular guy you’d have no idea about his personality until you get to know them and because of that your first impression and most notable thing you’d see if they were just random people is that they aren’t that good looking you might give them a chance but that doesn’t mean every girl that does now that they are fa mous would give them the time of day if they weren’t famous (sorry if it didn’t make sense my phone is acting stupid and wouldn’t let me edit the words I wanted to go over)

Hunter eyes =/= Hooded eyes. You can have hunter eyes without excess hooding, meaning you can have some UEE and still have hunter eyes.

Yes, exactly. Actually minimal upper eyelid exposure is ideal since people who have hooded eyes have just an extra layer of skin covering their eyes which isn't that great (it's also a result of aging). It's all about having a great face structure (high prominent cheekbones and low-set brow bone). But no human has brow bone set so low to completely cover his upper eyelid unless squinting or tilting their head.

I definitely have almond eyes but perhaps not as predatory as these guys do. I have little to no upper eyelid exposure but I have bags under my eyes. Now that I know I've got decent eyes I'll actually start taking care of them for the first time in my life.
Interesting but Stallone have typical prey eyes but look at him in movie Rocky his face is lean and maybe around 8-12% bodyfat and his prey eyes look not so bad because of this

I am an Indian dude, I have recently discovered this hunter eye thing, I saw a couple of videos and realised I do have them despite being an Indian, the funny thing is my father has prey eyes but my mother has semi hunter, which I inherented but have full hunter eyes I don't know how but miracles do happen, if you believe in god he'll give you whatever you want, lucky me, this is a big confidence boost for me, another funny thing is that my father shames me for having them and often says "look, due to your excessive use of mobile you eyes have gone inside your eyelashes
It’s possible that even though your parents may have not had hunter eye genetics, it’s possible to get them in the following way - if let’s say your father had a lack of fat above the eye to cover the eye lid but had low brow ridge he still may have had prey eyes, however, if your mother did that have fat about the eye but had high brow ridge she could have also had upper eye lid exposure not giving her hunter eyes. If you inherited the brow ridge from your father and the amount of fat about the eye lid from your mother, that combination could make you have hunter eyes. This may not be your case, or it may be reverse with which of your parent had those traits, but that is a possible explanation to why you may have hunter eyes.

I always hated my eyes in childhood and even during school and college but I've a question why would eyes like mine look attractive. I even avoid staring at people because they look like a killer. I hate it. I'm such a goofy and friendly dude and these make me look like a anti-social.
I don’t have hunter eyes, but mine are very striking and intimidating looking, if I didn’t have a little upper eyelid show I’d have Hunter eyes. But as is, my eyes tend to look sharp and masculine, but with just a little bit of upper eyelid show.
this is quite eye opening no pun intended. people have told me all my life my eyes were very intimidating an all threw high school thought i was just angry. i always thought of this more as a curse then a blessing.
My eye itself can be quite prey eyes but those thick eyebrows and dark make em less prey. I'd say I'd be that animal that doesn't get hunted quite easily and is good to find an escape at all times. Usually the type of animal that is hidden and out of interest by most dangerous predators anyway 😂

do i have hunter eyes if my eyes are mostly hooded? they arent extremely narrow almost like slits on the models, but they are quite vertically compact, and almond like. I also have thick eyebrows that are close to my eyes and high cheekbones, but i am not yet mewing just started

Yea im the same but with round eyes. Forward grown maxilla and brow ridge is key. I may not have almond eyes but i have a lot of good going for my eyes, positive canthal tilt, decent eyebrows and ridge, no scelera show, also, and a decent sized forehead and a wide midface... this makes the eye area seem smaller and sharper.
@@jrv7054 same. I have the perfect eyes, but not a very strong protruding brow ridge. I'm not caucasian(most guys with strong brow ridges are white for some reason) so i guess it not that bad. I've gotten a lot of complement on my eyes. it's hand down my best physical features. having hunters eyes is the best, because eyes tend to be the hardest feature to get right and it's the most attractive feature on someone. it's the only feature that the shape can't really be manipulated via surgery. I will rather have a slightly weaker (not as prominent) brow ridge with hunters eyes, that to have a strong brow ridge with prey eyes. i grew a thick eyebrows, which help give the illusion of a strong brow ridge.

I have a positive canthal tilt, deep set eyes, the eyebrow crease and kind of hunter eyes (mainly almond eyes, as i have to squint for "hunter eyes" show) with thick eyebrows, but i have a Scleral Show of about 1-2mm, why could that be?

The best thing you can do is lose fat , improve the eyebrows making them fuller if thin and clean up dark eye bags , but eye shape can only be changed with surgery
