Great comparison, as I've been eyeing Conrad's decks lately. Actually, the Centennial is closer to the "1909 Restoration" at DriveThru Cards. They cleaned it up to look more like new, but I do prefer the naturally aged look. Thanks!
Elisa, thanks so much for these flip throughs! I just saw the C. Steyn on Marylyn Tarot Clarity and I just have to have it. The Centennial is also very beautiful. I might have to get that one, too. I have something to confess.....I just ordered your Diverse TdM from MPC. I can't wait to get it! I'm going to rewatch your Diverse Smith-Waite flip through. I might need that one, too. I think these classic decks are calling me. Being a person of color means that your decks are very good choices for me. Take care!
Hello, thank you so much and I am really happy that you are here and for the support! I hope you like The Diverse TDM, I had an awesome time with both of those projects and it's so nice that other people resonate with them, since the initial thought behind them was " I need that for myself so I am going to make it happen." Yeah both the Centennial and the C. Steyn decks are beautiful and Both are important in my opinion! Thank you for stopping by and taking the time to engage with me, I appreciate it! 🧡
Hello, thank you! Now both decks have good cardstock in my opinion. The Centennial is stiff and cardboardy, but it feels nice 8n the hand, it's also the thicker deck from the two. The Roses & lilies has that amazing MPC cardstock it's soft and glides very well, it's flexible & its great for riffle shuffling, while the Centennial is a little hard to riffle, in my personal opinion and there is a higher chance of bending the cards. Hope that helps! 😊
Thank you so much for doing this comparison. I didn't know how close the Centennial was - and you've demonstrated it was quite close 🙂
Great comparison, thank you!
The Energy of the "original" deck is touchable 😍 .. Amazing.. really
It really is!😊
I searched TH-cam to find this very comparison, and here it is! Thank you so much for doing this!
Glad I could help! 😊

This was very helpful and much appreciated. What were your thoughts about comparing the card stock and finish between the two decks? 🥰
